UX Research: Youtube Creator Studio
In the Class SI622(Needs Assessment and Usability Evaluation), a group of 5 students do ueser research for Youtube, covering the areas of interaction map analysis, user interview, survey, heuristic evaluation and usability test.
This is an on-going project, and we are now in the process of heuristic evaluation. Please refer to the PPT below to have a gneral idea of what we are doing at the moment.
